Water

But, alcohol can damage your liver, and alter the chemicals in our brain meaning that it is not something we should be consuming on a regular basis.

Sitting on the couch or in your bed all day is going to be no good for your health, and that is why you need to find yourself a hobby that you enjoy.
It isn’t going to be too hard to find something that you like to do. Remember, even if you aren’t great at it at first, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Stick with it, and pretty soon you are going to be great at whatever it is you choose you to do.
