Back to school has hit our home in full force...I really was not ready! Long gone are the late nights of binge watching TV into the wee hours of the morning. Thank goodness I can still pretend I'm on a tropical island every morning when my alarm beckons me from my slumber. This month I had the opportunity to try out the flavored roast of Big Kahuna from Brooklyn Bean Roastery. Big Kahuna is 100% Arabica coffee beans in the flavor of macadamia nut and white chocolate. It is also a limited edition seasonal so just like summer, it's only available for a short time.
This white chocolate and macadamia nut flavors make for a sublime brew of coffee that's just as yummy as the cookies. I'm a huge fan of macadamia nuts and have been since I was a small child. So this coffee was true bliss to me. To me, this is a dessert coffee and I am a big fan of anything sweet! It has a smooth, rich and delicious flavor that hits my sweet tooth just right. It is also a lighter roast so I feel like I can enjoy this coffee all day if I wish. This flavor goes perfectly with a vanilla coffee creamer. I've really enjoyed it brewed over ice and find it very refreshing on these hot South Georgia summer days.

Best wish from my cup to yours!
