· 1 ounce Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey
· 1 ounce pear nectar
· 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
· 1 sprig rosemary
· Chilled sparkling wine (Cava, Prosecco or other sparkling wine)
· Optional frozen cranberries for garnish
In a flute glass, add the whiskey, pear nectar and lemon juice. Place the Rosemary sprig in the glass and fill with chilled bubbly wine. Add frozen cranberries for holiday flair.

Spiked Nutella Hot Chocolate
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
· 1 1/2 cups milk
· 1/3 cup Nutella
· 1 cinnamon stick
· Whipped cream or marshmallows, to top
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a pot over medium-high heat, bring the milk to a simmer. Add the Nutella, stirring until it has melted and become incorporated. Add the cinnamon stick and bring to a simmer.
2. Divide the Jack Daniels between two mugs, if using (2 ounces per mug). Ladle the hot milk mixture into the mugs and serve with fresh whipped cream or marshmallows. If serving with marshmallows, toast on a foil-lined baking sheet under the broiler for 30 to 45 seconds, until golden.
RECIPE NOTES
Big Batch Recipe (Serves 8): Increase the amounts to 6 cups of milk, 1 1/2 cups Nutella, and 1 cinnamon stick. For spiked versions, use 2 ounces of liquor per mug.
Fat free milk, whole milk, lactose-free milk, and nut or seed milks all work here.
How to Assemble an Adult Hot Cocoa & Dessert Station
On a serving tray place:
· Mugs of hot cocoa
· A bowl of whipped cream
· A bowl of marshmallows
· Stacks of cookies like chocolate chip, toasted marshmallow cookies, vanilla pirouettes, and gingerbread men. All cookies can be store-bought.
· A jigger
· A small glass or jar of candy canes
